For over 10 years I’ve done a little bit of everything from digital strategy, UX, web design, WordPress, front-end development, graphics, content, SEO, and project management. That means I’m just as comfortable mapping out a website as I am writing copy, designing a page, fixing stubborn CSS, or jumping in wherever I’m needed to help get things done.

Outside of work I’m a wife, mom, concert enthusiast, competitive gamer, and gardener who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. Whether I’m catching a Goose show, battling it out in Mario Kart, or growing something in the garden, I never do anything halfway.

OUR STORY BEGINS IN SUMMER
I met my husband in 2012, and in June of 2018, we tied the knot in Cary, Illinois. In the photo from left to right: my mom, Beverly; my daughter, Lilly; me; the pastor’s head; my husband, Josh; our son, Stephen; and Josh’s best friend, Garth… who may have been more excited about the wedding than we were!

What starts as innocent family fun quickly becomes trash talk and deeply held grudges. Did I just knock you off Rainbow Road? … Oops. Left a banana peel in your way?… Sorry! Oh, and you better believe I will absolutely blue shell my own children in a heartbeat.

Goose is my all time favorite band, and we go to every show we can reasonably (or questionably) get to. At this point, we’ve probably seen them more times than any reasonable person should. Next time? We’re bringing our son along for his very first concert!

When I’m not in full blown creative mode, you’ll find me in my garden. I may not have the world’s greenest thumb, but that has never stopped me from planting entirely too much of everything and learning the hard way. Although, if I see a praying mantis… I’ll probably have a heart attack!
