I'M A HAPPILY MARRIED MOM OF TWO
My husband Josh and I have been together 15 years already! You’ll usually find us in a heated Mario Kart competition with our kids (who somehow always win), or streaming the latest Goose concert from the couch.
IT ALL STARTED IN A BAKERY
My love for design began working as a cake decorator! Most of the time I’d look like a rainbow by the end of the day, but it turns out, the same care, precision, and creativity it takes to decorate a cake carries over pretty well to the work I do today.
I PREFER DIRT OVER DEADLINES
Outside of work, I’m usually in the garden. I may not have the best green thumb, but I love it! Some things take off, some mysteriously don’t… and I’m still learning that watering “just a little extra” isn’t always the answer.
GOLDFISH AREN'T EASY
What started as two tiny goldfish from a carnival turned into a full-on fish-keeping situation! Five years and hundreds of dollars later, they’re still happy, healthy, and thriving… Although, definitely more work than advertised. Meet Trey, Gordo and their tank-mate Prince! (Yes, as in Purple Rain, Prince and members of the jam band, Phish.)
WHO NEEDS RECIPES?
I absolutely love to cook, but I prefer the “Southern Charm” measure with your heart approach. A little of this, a pinch of that… Most of the time it works out pretty well… But, ordering in is also an option when it doesn’t!
